I was on this cruise with you guys. I have been a loyal, Royal Caribbean customer for several years, this was my tenth cruise with them. I was thoroughly disappointed. My first mega ship was Allure, the ship was nice, but the food was sub-par. I found that this ship was just like that. My stateroom guy was the best, very nice, but most of the other staff that we encountered was rude or dismissive, especially the females at the help desk. i asked them not to charge my credit card, because I was going to pay cash, she said ok, I will note that, and then did it anyway. She maxed my card out, and then told me that it wasn't reversible. I had a better time, and better food on the smaller ships, but I am done with them for a long time. I hope you all faired better.
