I hate days like that when it's so dank and gloomy but top marks for going out and putting out another great video

@@PeterHolland-mu7yn Bonjour Pete. Touring France sounds like a wonderful thing. The roads here are certainly a bit dodgy at the moment - thankfully you’re never going that fast on a Royal Enfield🤣

Thanks for the mention, Beena! So, another 4C, eh? That's a bit cooler than here; we have 38C today, then 40 and 41C to follow... That's getting a bit warm for riding. Dry as a bone of course, so having to water the garden twice a day to keep it alive.

@@chrisweeks6973 I don’t know how you cope with this kind of I’d heat Chris. Anything above 28C and I’m withering.
@chrisweeks6973Ай бұрын
@@BulletBeena It's a dry heat here, Beena, unlike that vary rare hot day in the UK, when the humidity is quite high. That said, I lived in Melbourne for nearly 30 years and there it can be 40C+ one day and 10 the next! Humidity there is very variable, too.

Awesome Beena! You're a true fellow seasoned rider! Poor you, you do sound very bunged up, hope you feel better. soon. I had an Engine light on Bazza this week, a sensor fault I cleared myself. You were right, once Bazza reached 700 miles, I managed to get 78 mph out of him on the carriageway commute home! I too try to stay fit, so I take the dog on long wooded walks, I hope you take Bob too. I love the way you get lost on each ramble bless. My new Temu heated gillet arrived/delivered at 12:54am, so I'll let you know how rubbish it is once tested! 😂 Hope we get you and Walter out tomorrow, ride safe and keep it shiny side up, all the best Dwayne 👍😎👊

@@dyhooper Thanks Dwayne. I hacve been a bit under the weather this week with a cold but I'm feeling much better thanks. Sounds like you are enjoying Bazza more and more - be even better come spring 🙂 Sadly I can't take Bob out on long walks any longer as he has joint problems, which means he can only walk for short distances. I don't think that he'll be around for much longer I'm afraid. At least we have him for one final Xmas.....although the amount of gas he is releasing into the living room this morning I'd be surprised if we both make it through till lunchtime 🤣 A heated gilet sounds nice - hope it works out for you. I'm going to brave the cold again this morning and this time remember to put my winter gloves on so that I can actually feel my thumbs when I get home.

Thanks Beena. I wonder if your happy with your mirrors. Are there any disadvantages, thinking of getting some. Thanks.
@BulletBeenaАй бұрын
@@newlife155 I love my bar end mirrors - I find them much easier to see out of than the original Mickey Mouse mirrors. I basically just saw my elbows and shoulders in those.

How is the bullet to ride, both generally and in those kind of greasy conditions? I was looking at one in my local RE dealership a couple of weeks ago... Obviously the Classic and the Meteor are the KZbin babies, on most channels.
@BulletBeenaАй бұрын
@@1973retrorabbit It’s lovely to ride. Very relaxed and comfortable. Easy to manoeuvre and predictable handling. Because you’re never really pushing it to its limits (because it’s not that kind of bike) then you’re unlikely to get yourself in trouble with one and that’s the same in wet and greasy conditions. It would make a brilliant first bike, because it’s very confidence inspiring and gentle natured. If you are looking to ride it aggressively and expecting it to be brisk and nimble then you will be disappointed - but if you are wanting to bimble along at 50mph and below and enjoy the views then you’d be hard pushed to find a more fun little bike.
@1973retrorabbitАй бұрын
@BulletBeena Sounds great. I'm really not about zooming around on a bike, I'm more of a relax n let's get there, kinda guy... Currently looking around for what to buy once I get my full ticket, I currently ride a CBR125R, and I even ride that in a pretty sedate way, I mean, it can shift, if you twist the throttle and hang onto the gears (all the way up to about 72mph... Allegedly, I've got a little over 60 on it), but it's very easy to ride it like a sane individual.
@BulletBeenaАй бұрын
@@1973retrorabbit The Royal Enfield 350 range are very much like riding a 125 to be honest, but a little more relaxed and torquey. The Hunter has a bit more pep to it as it’s lighter, but it’s still not quick.
