RE CEO speaks about customer experience is important. My riding experience was great until my second service. Right now my feeling is "why I bought RE?" They should improve their service quality. Right now RE has one of the worst service experiences in INDIA. Motot Vikatan should asked about their service quality not the cost.

உங்க மனசாட்சிய தொட்டு சொல்லுங்க CEO sir. 2010 வருடத்திற்கு அப்புறம் வந்தது எல்லாம் வண்டியா Sir. எல்லோரும் புல்லட் பத்தி தெரியாதாவர்கள் மட்டுமே வாங்கி ஓட்டுகிறார்கள். புல்லட்ன்னாவே ஒருவிதமான feel sir. அது இப்போது இருக்கிற புல்லட்ல கிடைக்கிறது இல்லை. Right side gear ci engine . அல்லது இன்னும் பழைய G2 இஞ்சின் இது தான் வண்டி. நீங்களும் வியாபார நோக்கத்திற்காக பிளாஸ்டிக் வண்டிகளை தயாரிக்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டீர்கள். என்னைப்போன்ற பல ஆயிரம் பேர் அந்த மாதிரி பழைய மாடல் புல்லட்க்காக ஏங்குகிறோம். கொஞ்சமாக பழைய மாடல் தரத்தில் right side gear புல்லட் தயாரித்து தாருங்கள். விருப்பம் உள்ளவர்கள் நிறைய பேர் இருக்கிறோம் வாங்கிக்கொள்கிறோம். எதிர்பார்த்தது காத்திருப்போம் நன்றி 🎉🎉❤

Lot of quality issues.. I have not seen any customer happy with royal Enfield for more than two years...with Honda and Harley coming in 350 cc , RE has to improve the longevity of vehicle..

As much as the company works on refining the engine. The designs should be refined. Classic reborn and meteor both could have been much better. For instance. The silencer in classic reborn being sloped down towards front. It could have horizontal like it has always been. The chassis lines could have been more refined and parallel lines could have made the bike more pleasing on eyes. Rear mudguard mounting rods is a step backwards from uce classic. Rod coming in front of suspension looks bad and noisy, and rear mudguard could have been slightly leaner. I have lot more things that annoys me while i look at the classic reborn. It might look similar in first look. But i notice every little change they have done to bike. Its a totally different motorcycle. So many design choices are a step backward.

Current royal enfield bikes are nothing but big sized 100 cc bikes differing only in terms of the weight. The engine mechanism is more like that of a 100 cc bike. The designing is poor. The design of logo royal enfield itself is not appealing and as attractive as the old royal enfield logo where the R and O will be separate whereas it is together in new logo. The still older logo of bullet in the form of a gun was still more attractive. Atleast the later logo of Royal Enfield that was available in 2007 cast iron 5s model which was quite attractive could have been maintained in the later versions. But unfortunately it was changed and less attractive. It reflects the poor taste of the R & D team of RE. Quality of spares is worst in RE. They have purposely made this way to increase sales. Service cost is also plumeting alike anything but without proper work by the RE service. simply announcing more models with different names will not improve the company in long run. Currently what RE does is make hay while the sun shines policy. This will not last long unless RE improves the quality of spares and after sales service.

Running a company exclusively on brand value doesn't fly any more. New technologies have evolved and new gen riders are preferring features over brand value. New motorcycles above 200CC must have Liquid cooled engines for Indian climatic and traffic conditions. In addition, skilled after sales support team should be developed to enhance the sales volume. If you continue to stick to the Nokia model strategy, you can't sustain in the market for long.
