Very educative and genuine video. Thanks Bhai. We run a motorcycling touring company and we are facing a lot of issues with Himalayan gear change from 1st to 2nd gear and finding neutral. Sometimes when we change the engine oil then gearing becomes a bit softer and wasier. Is there a better way to soften the gearing in Himalayan. This is a problem faced by thousands of Himalayan riders even after servicing at RE workshops . Your input will be a great help to us and others. Eagerly waiting for an update.

Bhai classic Mai tappid tight krne ki jarurt nhi padti kyuki isme 2 hydraulic hote hai jinke pressure se tappid thik chalte hai agar tappid awaaj krne lage to samjho hydraulic pressure katne lage hai jiski vajah se tappid awaaj krne lgte hai or jo apne apni video mai btaya hai vo bhi thik hai par apne sirf ye btaya ki mobile agar ruk jaye to awaaj krenge baki apne hydraulic ki baat kri hi nhi

I dont undestand hindi but if i understand correctly if you have tappet noise on a RE first you have to check the oil pump and oil passage and clean as shown in this video, then maybe check for camshafts gear back lash. Am i right? For a second I tought he will check the back lash first but i was wrong.

Monu Bhai mera nam Mrinal hai aur main apka 'Royal Enfield tips & trick' channel ka subscriber hu.. main Kolkata se hu...mera BS3 ka Classic 350 hai....isme TAPPET noise (tik tik sound) ka problem hai aur isse mai pareshan ho chuka hu...20-25 min. tak 60-70 km/h me chalane ke baad kisi jaga pe rukke 10-12 min. baad jab phir se start karta hu wo TAPPET noise ajata hai aur speed badane se wo Tappet ka noise bhi baar jata hai....RE ke service centre se bhi ye problem solve nehi hua...Kolkata me aap jaisa aisa efficient mechanic kaha hai nehi pata...iss problem ka mai kyese solve karu samajh me nehi a raha...plz help & reply

The most easy solution is Ride for 250 to 300 km without opening the throttle much Engine will retain to its original sound in no time tried and tested if you are new to RE and you throttle this machine like one of ktm s and other racebikes then there's no solution to your problem cause you are the problem to this machine 🖒

ek problem aur hai sabse badi iske valve mei jo spring hai wo extra hard hai jisse kuch bhi karlo valve ko awaj nahi jaati hai haaa agar hum soft spring dalte hai to high speed par pressure drain ho jata hai.Meri royal enfield comapny se baat hui thi unhone apna fault mana hai aur iska ek hi solution hai valve ka size cylindrical kam karna hoga company ko.

sir i watched your video and i recognise that same noise is comming from my bike bt the problem is taped noise is coming from my bike when the engine becomes hot and after restarting the bike same tapped noise comes from my bike and it gradually fainted on driving the bike for about 4-5 km with this tapped noise
