I used to love watching Fred Dibnah, he used to do some really crazy stuff. When i was coming back from Isle of Man i met a fella in Douglas port who had an RE 500 Classic. H'd fitted an Amal carb to it as he was having problems with his injection system so retrofitted a fuel tap and carb, and just tucked the injector under his fuel tank as it threw an error if he disconnected it. He also kept wearing wheel bearings out which turned out to be the centre hub hole wasn't milled straight. Guess he got an unlucky example as i hadn't heard anyone else with any issues.

Morning, well afternoon, but I did watch this at 8am whilst eating a sausage baguette with Heinz tomato sauce and english mustard. I watched it on the TV, finished my breakfast and went to wash up. Having done that I decided to hoover, then dust and then change the sheets. I then sat down and edited a video, by which time I had to go and take the Mrs shopping, have lunch and drop her off at work. I came home and updated my channel trailer and then remembered I had to cut mothers lawn, so I went and did that. I came home and uploaded the trailer, pruned the umbrella plant that was given to me and sat down at the PC and started watching a few vlogs. It was then I realised I'd forgotten to leave a comment this morning so; Nice vid TAYM, so classy photo's, as always. 😁😁

Mornin TAYM more great pic's so many ZRX Kawasaki's must have been an owners club meet a rare sight for sure great bikes though had one a good few years ago ahh memories .Really nice GS850 and the Mach 3 500 superb great to see .Ritchie B's fizzy one hell of a job done on the Fizzy fantastic I wonder how many hours went into that project super impressive from a lump of coal to a diamond 😉👌👍Cheers!

@@TAYM I never lost taste or smell, and I had an appetite through the whole thing. Congestion, sore throat, persistent coughing, fever in waves, weak as a kitten, intestinal issues, and I’ve slept more in the past week than I have since I was a kid. The skin falling off is a new one! I think that you’re a mutant like me! 😂 There is always a plus to me coming down with a flu, my psoriatic arthritis stops hurting for the duration. I’ll have to send you some pics from Vegas.

Interesting to see the rego's on the Fred Dibnah vehicles. CW on the Lightweight Landy is correct for Bolton, but HP on the Series III is a Coventry rego; odd, that. Maybe he bought the S.III when he came to Coventry to look at the Courtaulds chimney in Foleshill?? Have a look at kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHyzcqN3qK-VoJY to see Fred. Yep, it happens; a QLD mate and I went to Duxford about 10 years ago and he got heatstroke. Re the pipe-covers, many of Adelaide's roads have the same 'feature', all perfectly aligned to hit the L/H wheels. Goes to prove that it wasn't Colonel William Light who did the layout of the city, but that it was really the Romans who built Adelaide. 🤣🤣

That red car 🚘 left it late to pass before corner.I had a farmer in SUV in front of me other day following 2 trucks close together & passed one truck right before corner & had to FORCE HIS way in between the trucks.The second truck had to lock up & said 2 black liquorice straps 15 meters long on the road & just after SUV squeezed in between trucks just before corner a car came round corner.Bloody shocking driving the trucks were in convey about 30m apart was no room to fit in between hence the Black Liquorice straps laid down😲.
