Yes in semi synthetic oil -3K min to 5K max And in fully synthetic 4T oils-6K min to 8K max. Nowadays in a Royal Enfield Dealership service is costing approx 2.3K(Also it depends on what all you want to change in your bike) And sorry for this late reply.

Yes, Motul is also a good option but the only thing is that Royal Enfield offers you a synthetic engine oil at a good rate, and cheaper than motul that's all..

Brother in a general service its not necessary to clean the carburetor . . and if it comes to propper maintenance of the machinery then even the tire is removed and greased and also checked for any wear and tear. . . also the service is done from proper technician at Royal Enfield genuine Studio.
