As far as I know, It's the tappet valves. It's alright, my '16 350 have them too. If it becomes too much, then there's a problem.

Is this much tik tik noise from the tappets acceptable? Im thinking of getting one, but i want to know what can happen if i dont change the tappets and keep running with it
