Bhai araam se chalane ke liye 500cc zaruri hai kya? Aur company ne engine heavy banaya hai to log to speed chalayenge hi. Usi ka to maza hai 500 me. 350 to bejaan lagti hai iske samne. 500 chrome hai mere pass isme aisi koi problem nahi aayi kabhi. Main bhi rail bana deta hu bullet ki.

Sorry to say this to u.. I think showroom guys have cheated you..because if u have crank sound problem why change the piston barrel , which cost u around 6000 inclusive of gst( 10℅ discount.. Bull shit it is 10% discount, i think they've got the discount money from u by just putting an item piston barrel in the bill..they haven't changed the piston barrel) from my knowledge it is the faulty play between ur piston connecting rod and the crank which actually makes that unwanted tuk tuk noise . It has nothing to do with the exhaust.. BROTHER ur video was very useful for me. U have shown me the bill so that i was able to get an idea what it would cost me resolve the same issue for my bike. If they haven't charged u for the piston barrel the bill would have come around 7k or 8k at max

Arey bhai maine khud dekha hai apna purana nikla hua piston barell and now the tuk tuk noise is slowly disappearing as the engine is getting smooth. And brother aap 500 cc mai bahar se karwaoge engine ka kaam tab bhi mechanic 10-15K maange ga kam se kam aur nakli parts daalega aur chaalu kaam karega.

Had same issue in my 2015 classic 350 49k kms. Can't afford showroom repair costs so Got it repaired in outside mechanic shop. Got done in 3500 rs. It's been 3 months and it's still theres no tappet sound. Mechanic told me to change oil every 3000kms and said there will no tappet sound again.

yeh bike maine ek mahine phele li ha used main 20k chali thi maine 500 aur chalayi toh same problem aayi service center gaya boley ki 20 se 25k tak ka kharacha aayega toh maine ek local mechanic ko di hai unhone bola ki zindagi main kabhi 500 bullet mat lena. Ek number ki panouthi gaadi hai 3rd class biks hi ghatiya bike hai personally recommend karta hoon mat lena faltu ka kharcha chutiya gaadi hai
