I was expecting the 500cc CYLINDER KIT conversion on your 350cc BULLET, Bro. I own both the 2014 BULLET STANDARD 500 and the 2011 Thunderbird 350. Just modifying the TB350 for an All India Tour. Started off with changing the Carburettor into a Pulsar 220 BS3 Carb. Changed rear wheel from 19" to 18" wheel. Getting 45-48kmpl in the city limits. Yet to check it in the highways. Will convert to Belt drive once the touring mods are done, Bro 😊. Love from a BULLETeer ❤️

@@beluga8756 Should be possible, though I haven't tried it yet. Probably the head components have to be changed as well as the connecting rod as the compression would be much more. Am thinking of OVERBORING my 350 cylinder and getting a .5 OVERSIZE PISTON for some extra CC. Getting some BIGGER JETS and a FREEFLOW Air Filter would improve the POWER & TORQUE and place it in the ~25BHP range, I believe

You have added disk brake after you bought the vehicle? If yes which bike front suspension you have changed it to accomodate the front disk setup?

Are you sure that the performance increased? Because you are comparing it with dead 350 clutch plates. May be if you had installed new 350 clutch plates instead . You would have still seen performing increase since you are coming from dead clutch plates. For accurate comparison we need to compare new 350 vs 500 clutch plates.

It's not dead one. Just 2 months old clutch plates only. I changed clutch plates after my ladakh trip..
