As a owner myself of Hunter 350, I really loved your review. I think it's crucial to mention the rear brake skid and I've not seen other reviewers mention this. But, overall I'm really in love with my bike, and it really gives confidence while riding it. As most of the times I travel long distances towards my hometown, I really feel good about the bike, the looks, the sound, the acceleration. Just one thing that could have been better was the rear suspensions as it gives little bit of spinal ache.. But I feel like riders would soon become use to it once they start taking it on long distant roads more frequently.

More tall person would make the motorcycle look like a toy and also leg space would be less for tall riders specially with a pillion rider. I'd suggest you to visit your nearby RE showroom and give it a try.

We have to wait for the reviews in India, The main issue with this bike is the ground clearance and that can not be tested in Thailand. at 150mm it's even lower than the infamous ground clearance of Jawa 42 2.1... I think I will go for Ronin which seems to be a more capable bike.

I'm not a Royal Enfield hater. Because, "Royal Enfield" is not just a name, it's an emotion for all Bikers. Sorry to say, but this time Royal Enfield launched an "Unfinished Product" 1) Fuel tank ke samne ek big gap hai, jaha se front chassis ka ek big portion dikh raha hai, 2) Wiring bhi thik tarha se hide nahi kiya hai, 3) Wohi purani halogen headlight. Aur is bar toh koyi LED DRL bhi nahi diya, 4) Mudguards plastic ka de diya, 5) Rear shock absorber ke upar koyi covering nahi hai, atleast isko body fairing ke under de dete toh itna unfinished nahi lagta. 6) Aajkal toh sabhi company apne 200 CC ke upar har motorcycles mai Oil Cooling or Liquid Cooling systems use karte hai. But, Royal Enfield abhi bhi wohi Air Cooling de raha hai. Atleast as an update they can use Oil Cooling or Liquid Cooling in their engines. "Royal Enfield" always known for their Quality and well Finished product. But this time, to compete with other two wheeler companies they actually Launched an Unfinished Product. Sirf Name aur Brand value ka use kar raha hai.

Only drawback is single gear lever, it damages shoes in long run. I have a single gear lever bike and can't wear leather shoes while riding it.

350CC is huge competition as lot of people upgrading from 100cc 150cc.And royal enfield has hit the correct spot and creating multiple segments and few years down the line when people move to 650cc RE is already ready. Now waiting for bajaj triumph game interesting time ahead. RE electric I believe they should be creating cult around it as no exhaust sound then :)
