The main & major difference is in Engines, the MT15 gets Liquid Cool tech & Hunter is a Air Cool Engine. Makes huge difference in heat management & performance. ....

It’s not about heat management. Hunter has a long stroke engine. These engines are not meant to be revved hard but are designed to offer great low end torque and tractability, because of which you don’t need to switch gears that frequently. So liquid cooling for such a small capacity long stroke engine would be an overkill. On the other hand MT uses the same engine from R15. That is a short stroke engine, designed to be more rev happy and generally produces it’s peak power at higher RPM. Furthermore it’s not just the liquid cooling but also Tech like VVA that makes MT pull so cleanly and perform so great at higher RPM. BTW I use to own R15 V3 and that bike also heated sometimes quite a lot in heavy traffic even though it had liquid cooling.
