What is the function of clutch oil in old CI engine ? To lubricate plates ? or chain ?

1. It lubricate both clutch and primary chain. 2. There are two type of clutches: wet and dry clutch. Normally in bikes wet(oil) clutch are used, which reduces heat and increases the clutch life.

U used motul 20w40 oil ... Nd I am using 20/50 oil ..is this correct?

Better to use 20w40 which reduces wear of clutch plates

Hello sir ..i have 99 model enfield i am facing some problem ..the problem is ..after start when I shift to first gear and move little at the time my kicker going half down and back only in first gear..what is reason sir....?

Start your engine, push the kicker lever to the upper extreme and change the gear. Now check whether the problem is still there.... Please do say me what happens when you do the above so that I can spot the problem and could help you.

The problem is due to kick lever spring.

@@ECFixeljin sir i find the problem ..i just pull out little the kicker shaft after no kicker going down.. if hummer kicker shaft to in side the problem increase ..want ad extra washer....?

There is a washer between foot starter spindle and layshaft. Check whether it is present or not, because it may be missed while reassembling.
