It happened once with me also. But don’t worry tooth pick will come out easily once engine get heated. If you want to avoid it then use metal wire or also you can use WD-40 spray to remove dust from the hole.

This can be done at home if you have proper tools. Otherwise do not go to the service centre they will cost lot money and time too. Go to the local mechanic and done this in a front of you.

Thank You Anup sir for watching this video. Yes It definitely work. Let me give a one tip and that is, Remove cap cover if right spark plug has it. Basically Cap cover of spark plug prevents from dust and water but sometimes it becomes very hectic problem once water goes inside. I was already removed it but if do not want to remove cap cover then do a one thing after bike wash, blow air on spark plug and handle bar switches using airgun. Normally bike wash station has this air gun. Then you will be not facing any starting issue after bike was or in rainy season. I hope I answered your query.

Hello brother, Mere paas 2015 bs3 classic hai air woh rain me start toh hota hai but jese hi accelerate karta hu toh missing marta hai bandh hone lagta hai . Aur agar me low rpm me salata hu toh kuch der salta hi but fir missing marne lagta hai.

Bhai battery garam hone ka matlab hai kahito wire cut ho chuki hai jisake vajah se wo wire body ko touch ho rahi hai. Is situation me wiring jal jaati hai yaphir battery kharab ho jaati hai. Wiring cut ka problem sabase jyada handle ke paas hota hai. Ek baar dhyan se check karlijiye.

Hi Abhishek sir Thank you watching this video. This could be missing issue. Missing issue becomes a Thumbnail of Royal Enfield motorcycles which is very bad for company's image. Missing issue starts from bs4 and onwards motorcycles. Let me tell you some trouble shooting points in Ascending order:- 1) Water in Fuel tank 2) Fuel in Charcoal cannister (If there is fuel in Charcoal cannister then it can not be cleanable you have to replace it). To avoid fuel in charcoal cannister then never fill full fuel tank. Fill 1 ltr less from fuel tank capacity. 3) Clean or change Air filter 4) Spark plug problem :- Heat affects functionality of spark plug. If copper electrode pole and Ground electrode hasn't in proper distance then missing issue starts. As I said due to heat, distance between of this two becomes more wider. Solution is, remove spark plug, clean it (Spark plug cleaning required in every 4000-5000 km riding, check for proper distance of copper electrode pole & ground electrode. If you did not changed spark plug within a year or after 20000 km riding then change it immediately. 5) CDI unit - Basically this problem occurs due to incorrect information provided from TPS unit. Solution for this is, you have make direct the TPS sensor connection on CDI unit. Open tool box where the CDI unit located and you will find a socket for TPS sensor. take a piece of wire and direct the TPS socket connection. It will solve your problem. Do this things one and after and your problem will be solved. One thing I want to mention and that is Ignition coil problem. But I did not added to the list because ignition coil problem is a rarest issue and it is very hard to get any issue. Best of luck. Thank You.

Hi Suresh sir Just focus on below 3 things:- 1) Battery - Please check battery is sufficient charged. 2) Oil - Normally Royal Enfield use 15w-50 oil but if you are living very cold area then go for 10w-40 or 10w-50. 3) Spark plugs - Please clean spark plugs. It should be cleaned every 4000 km of riding. Your Problem will be solved.

Aap WD-40 spray ka use kar sakate hai yaphir zotac spray ka. Yeh apaako asanise hardware shop me miljayega. Usake saath straw ata hai to uska use karte hua spray kijiye. Yes It could be stuck while doing this but don’t worry It’s also very easy to remove. I used toothpick because at that time I didn’t have metal wire. What I found was that toothpick has perfect length and easily available to do this operation.

Remove the extra Cap cover of spark plug. Actually it is not required.
