Bro...I think that's the Oxygen sensor (Lamba) and not the Temperature sensor. The oxygen sensor is used to monitor the level of oxygen in the exhaust and calibrate the Air to fuel ratio in real time for a fuel injected engine! :)

Nice video bro I too have TB 350 model BS3 model. In another difference in Bs4 model petrol should not be filled in full tank level due to air pipe present in tank. Engine sound is more refined in B's 4 than Bs 3 model.

The video is pretty helpful overall. Except the charcoal canister explanation which isn't right. The function of the canister isto absorb the oil fume to it and convert into to liquid oil which sends back to the engine. Such that it helps in increasing the mileage.

Maddy bhai please make a video about how much petrol should we fill on thunderbird 350 BS-IV. It is very confusing. Because BS-IV used carbon canister and also thunderbird fuel tank capacity is very confusing. Many of thunderbird owners told it is not 20L tank and we should fill half tank petrol.

thank you for bringing this valuable piece of info regarding BS3 & BS4 . My brother recently brought a thunderbird 500 and he finds the automatic lights on very irritating :) and wants to manipulate it- i mean he wants to switched it off and use it like the old BS3 ones where the lights on only when needed in the dark riding. So is it wise to go for that kind of manipulating the default lighting system.

Temperature sensor temperature Kam nehi krte gadhe...wo sirf indicate krta hai engine kinta heat hai....or at a certain temperature ate auto engine off ho jata hai....jaise CBR 150 or 250 me HOTA hai....engine extra cooling ki liye ya oil cooler yaa phir liqiued cooler rediator k sath extra laga hua reheta hai.... temperature sensor cool nehi krsakte
