I just bought the Taylor of Old bond Street Road Forst. I love Taylor of Old Bond Street. My Dad used Taylor of Old Bond Street Lavender when I was a kid!

Was thinking of trying this. I’m mainly a Proraso man and only ever had TOB Avocado. Also thinking of buying a Rocco razor, but mainly use 2011 R41.

Hello My Friend, I don’t have the Stirling soap, but have heard great th8ngs about it. I only have the Wickham’s Club Cola and unscented soap, so they would have no scent comparison to the Royal Forest. I do think the Wickham’s slightly edges out the TOBS, but not by much. I guess the name "Royal Forest" is because historically, Creed used to make scents for King George III in the 18th century for his leathered gloves. I find Creed Aventus does smell majestically. Great shave Kev!

Everytime I start a shave I have your videos on Kevy. Today's shave was Sterling Coniferous. The Razor was the old favorite Edwin Jagger DE 89l. Brush Sterling synthetic two band. Aftershave: Fine Green Vetiver

Nice shave for WCS Kevy💈💈 Good to see you doing shaves on occasion for them. Royal Forrest is a strange name for the scent of the cream, but I guess TOBS didn't want to infringe🤔 The razor really seems to shave more aggressive than not. Those brushes are nice for the price, even the badger hair ones are affordable. Great video and reviews. Enjoy!

I just thought I’d mention I watch a number of shaving videos, all mention the blade they are using I check the price and think mm not too bad Go to buy them and then the price sky rockets Living in Australia triples the price eg 100 blades $11 AUD delivered $34.95 AUD suppose I better continue using the blades I have about 150 different blades left Then find the one I like and just by that talk about thrifty lol

I asked them if they would consider turning out an aftershave with the same scent. It really is a nice scent and a fine soap. In the meantime I paired it with Barrister & Mann's fern aftershave .

Taylor shaving cream is the easiest in the world to lather. But you’re using a cheap brush with fake bristles and not enough water. If you want to be a wet shave KZbinr, at least do it right. I have never seen anyone spend that much time lathering. It takes me about 30 seconds to get a much thicker lather with Taylor’s Royal Forest. Also, a true wet shaver knows that the first pass should go with the grain. Yours did not. The second pass should be diagonal to the grain. And the (optional) third pass should be against the grain. You’re very lucky you have a good blade or you’d be bleeding to death at this point.
