Good looking estate, seems well planned. It would be helpful if you talked about, security, accessibility and an idea of land and housing costs. Good video but needs a lot more information.

Pinnock roads are not clean and wide as this one.Pinnock is just hype and name.Royal Garden is one of the neatest,most serene,organised and beautiful estate in Lagos.If this estate is in Lekki,it would have been sold out by now but unfortunately it’s in Ajah and our people like anything associated with Lekki.
