Guys. You saved my sanity with this video. The instructions are entirely useless at some points. If it weren't for this video, I probably would have just thrown the whole thing away and lit the trash can on fire. Thank you so much!!

The instructions that come with it are so bad that you had to make a video and the video is in a different order than the instructing

does the drip pan go over or under the thermo plate? I managed to skip thru everything in spite of the horrible directions . Now my drip pan is holding me up?

Hi Vickie, the drip pan is under the thermo plate. A more detailed instruction is shown in 4 minutes and 58 seconds of this video. Hope it helps.

I have a white wire sticking out from the bottom,what is that for?

If it's a wire cover in a white mesh than you weren't suppose to cut that loose but the instructions don't tell you that, it just says cut the zip ties but not all the zip ties like you would know that
