So many people saying Norway is lenient on grape and SA could never be more wrong! Im Norwegian and i am a survivor of SA and grape. In the UK my grapist got community service of 100 hours and no protection order could be granted. This man then stalked me back to my home country, Norway, graped me again and tampered with my car brakes which resulted in my twins, 4 months, passing away and left me permanently diasbled. Unfortunately as i didnt have 100% proof ot was him that tampered with my car and the collision was a combination of the faulty brakes and a drunk driver, he could not be charged for that BUT he WAS successfully charged for the grape and stalking and the threats to my life. He will NEVER walk free again. I will NEVER have to worry about him again and if, by some divine miracle, he does walk free (there is a 99.9999% chance that will NEVER happen) i will automatically be granted a protection order upon his release without having to ask for one AND that order protects me regardless of where i live (i had to move back to the UK after the accident for medical care) when i was 14 i was graped by a class mate in the uk, he also NEVER got punished, he fake cried in his police interview and the crown prosecution decided not ruining a boys life was of greater importance than protecting me. He was 16. I was 13 at the time if the grape and 14 when they finally arrested him. He also impregnated me so there was proof of his assault and yet the UK did NOTHING. My sister was ELEVEN when her grapist impregnated her, he was TWENTY THREE!! yet again, NOTHING was done to protect my sister. No jail time, no arrest, notjing because again, the UK law decided a man was more important than an 11 year old girl. This man dr#gged my sister and assaulted her. She was a mum at ELEVEN!! so, tell me again Norway is "too lenient" because as a Norwegian who has lived in both Norway and the UK, i can tell you, the UK and Germany (ftom my mums experience with her bio dad) are FAR more lenient!!! I was protected in Norway, i was failed in the UK.

Just like in America, the UK, Spain, name any country here EVERY country has a minority of people who do not see results but no, in my case it was the grape and SA. The attempt and the stalking were mentioned as a basis of identifying a pattern but were not actual charges as there was insufficient evidence. I've had more sh1t and lack of care and understanding from the UK than my home country. I had UK police tell me that if I didn't want my ex to grape me I should "sleep in a separate bedroom" This is the same ex who is now in prison. They told me that if I kicked him out of MY house then, if he committed a crime while being homeless, I would be arrested instead as I "put him in that position" and that maybe I "shouldn't talk back if I didn't like his anger" all of this in the UK and after I finally managed to get a police officer to listen and take it to court the fkin UK courts allowed him to move back into my house!!! That's why I fled back to Norway! They allowed my grapist to move back into a home where I lived and only my name was on the tenancy after I had told them about all the horrific things he put me through. THAT would NEVER happen in Norway. But sure, carry on trying to mansplain to me about my own court case and traumatic history.

They warned him before about the drugs, let him know that they were aware of his cocaine use etc. and basically that they wanted him to know that they knew - in other words they wanted to pressure him to get help and stop going on that road… They for sure are going after him for all that he may do now. He is not being protected in any way now, he will have to answer to his wrongdoings in court, just like anybody else. He is an adult man who just happen to be the son of our crown princess. His connection to the royal family does not mean he in anyway has immunity when it comes to crimes, there he is like any other citizen.

He is charged for several things now, since the very first case on August 4th when he, while high on drugs and alcohol had an argument and hit his girlfriend badly. Since then the Police has been digging and two previous girlfriends has come forward and he is charged for domestic violence against them. Then he now was charged for (g)rape without inter*ourse against a young woman and after they took him in for that, they found evidence of another such case which he now is charged for too. He is indeed being held accountable for everything he has done which comes to light now. He has admitted to the violence on August 4th and said he has mental illness and substance abuse problems which he is getting help for now. Well, we’ll see, right now he is in jail, first for only a week, but to allow the Police to investigate without him being able to destroy evidence.

Perez unfortunately Norway, Sweden and Denmark are disgustingly lenient on r*pists. Historically it wasn't a popular crime there. There have been multiple events over the past years of migrants r*ping girls. There was a case involving a school girl and a migrant who looked 10 years above school age- the event happened in school- the defence was it was their 'religious/ cultural right' and the r*pist got to stay at school and the victim had to leave. Other gang r*pists in Sweden have avoided jail sentences and just been given community service. The three countries are so liberal they have swung the pendulum to the extreme. Balance needs restored- victims deserve justice, people deserve to be protected from known r*pists. Hopefully things change and this young monster and all others are denied access to further victims.
