I liked this one. Triple H's return was cool, everything afterwards was forgettable but in those two weeks, he was awesome. The PPV was just simple to watch. Time flew by easily and I had fun making this video. What did you think of Royal Rumble 2002?

WWE in the first quarter of 02 was underrated. For the first time in a long time, Austin, Rock, Trips and Taker were active and in the main event scene. Jericho found his niche (tho they could've made him a more competent champion), Flair was back to being crazy ol Flair, Vince was just the right amount of sadistic, cunning and batshit crazy to make TV interesting, Brock Lesnar struck like a meteor, the Invasion survivors gave the roster an adrenaline shot... it was madness. The TV at that time felt like SNL at some points, but that's what made it interesting to watch every Monday and Thursday.

I really enjoyed this Royal rumble the undercard was really good. Rock and Jericho had a good match for the undisputed title with a good clever finish. And the rumble itself was star studded with some fun returns and great moments I mostly remember it for maven eliminating undertaker shockingly

This was a decent rumble match but I lost count after the first five entrants, I didn’t know when the last guy came out. Also there wasn’t that many people in the ring at once, at max maybe 4, which is what I wanted to see. Also I didn’t like Triple H’s heel run tbh, it was pretty mediocre and I liked him more as a heel. Main event was pretty good, probably the only good main event match Y2J had in his undisputed title run.
