For me , the story doesn't ends here . She neglects the King totally and then she dies with holding that handkerchief the tailor gives but before her death she writes a letter to king saying , why she went with the tailor outside the Palace and the measuring incident she clarifies herself in that letter and tells that she had always loved the king . And when king reads it he will realise how wrong he was but can't rectify or even ask for forgiveness as she is already dead and when he sees her dead but holding the handkerchief then he will be in deeper pain that he has totally lost her . That pain , that will be in his whole life should have been shown and then a different scene where in next life she and the tailor r together how great it will be 😅😅

King and his ego ruined everything. Though he looked the queen he never showed it to her and the only time he wanted to visit her quarters was when everyone were in awe with the queen. The tailor, his love for the queen is very pure and innocent. It is implied that he is notorious for affairs but in this case he wasn't just physically attracted to her but he loved her beyond that. To me he looked more like her devotee than a mere admirer. Risking his life just to make her shine , to let the world see how beautiful she is. For me the ending is bittersweet. Sadly all his hardwork were credited to someone else but his first and only dream was fulfilled. The queen defended him, wore the hairpin and he got to see it. In my opinion the queen and tailor will reunite in their after life

I haateee watching this movie. Everything was beautiful. It's just that nothing is resolved in the movie aaarrgghh 🫠🫠🫠🫠 SPOILER ALERT The tailor was executed, the queen and the king drifted apart even further I imagine. I wondered what is the meaning of the last scene, where the King and Queen starring at the falling snow.
