On Tuesday, the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex, also known as the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, attended their first event as a royal couple. Meanwhile, the royal photographer is sharing behind-the-scenes moments from the wedding. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.

It's comments like -- "she hardly knew who the royal family were" - that breaks the buble and call B.S. on the whole thing. Hey, I love a royal wedding. Got up early to watch Chuck and Di, Wills and Kate, and now Harry and Meghan...but that doesn't mean I am brainwashed. Meghan may be sweet and an activist for her causes...but she is a social climber. She was pretending to be royalty as a kid and was enthralled by Princess Di. Let's not go "full kool-aid" on this thing here.
