I was a big fan of @RE and I bought a bike in 2018 but RE service is pathetic Staf is very arrogant that to in company service Center just bcoz RE bikes in high demand they behave like and finally I decided to sell this bike and back to @yamaha I own Yamaha earlier as well they have v good Staf and main thing they listen not like RE shame on RE

That's the RE conundrum mate. The service bit will never be fixed. The company needs better competition in the market to up thier game.
