Royals need to keep rolling. Heard yesterday that their remaining schedule is the toughest in MLB by opponent's win percentage. After the Reds tomorrow and then three games with the Angels, they have these games: Philly: 3 Cleveland: 7 Astros: 4 Twins: 3 Yankees: 3 Pirates: 3 Detroit: 3 SF Giants: 3 Washington: 3 Atlanta: 3 Playing .500 ball might be a tall order, but if they can do that they should make the playoffs. And after winning only 56 games last year, that would be an amazing achievement.

Yankees, Twins and Phillies will be the worst. It's hard to say with Cleveland. They've played Cleveland alright this year, but they don't usually. Baseball is baseball so you never know. But I'm not as worried about the other teams as I am the Yankees, Twins and Phillies.

@@SladeBling Yeah, they started the season with the best record in franchise history. Even better than past World Series champs. The starting pitching has been way better than expected and Bobby and salvy started off smoking hot. Salvy came back down to earth a little while Bobby has maintained his pace, maybe even surpassed it. The bullpen has been mediocre at best but they had the best defense in baseball and one of the top base running teams through the first half of the season. If you watched last year and then watched the beginning of this season, you wouldn’t be surprised. #BWJ4MVP

The Royals could do no wrong and the Reds could do nothing right. The game started with the Reds just missing good catches by the out fielders leading to multi base hits. Then a couple innings later the defence turned to awful with Elly making 2 simple errors in one inning as one example. By then the Reds seemed demoralized and play suffered. Of course it didnt help either that the Royals pitcher was throwing good stuff. Aside from the game the way the game was edited for broadcast was sloppy. There was a frequent switch from Royals to Reds batters with no announcement that it was bothom of the inning or the top of a new inning. We see a Reds batter strike out and next is a Royals batter with no statement made. 👎👎

crazy how everyone jumps on the fact that he makes a couple errors and strikes out a lot, but no one ever mentions the fact the is only 22 year olds. even with all the strikeouts he still has a 127 ops+, 830 ops, 21 HRS, 28 Doubles, 7 Triples. So yes he does strike out a ton but he has so much time to still figure out mlb pitching, also with all of the strikeouts he still puts up good numbers. yes, he does make errors, but he still has a 11 OOA so i don’t see your case.
