Too close to the neighbors but I loved your tour....I didn't like the kitchen backsplash either.....blase....I would want a more modern backsplash and I am in my 50s.....But thanks for giving your personal commentary instead of of just defending the builder's designers's choices......it makes me trust some one more when they do that and I liked your ideas too. You spend a lot of time looking at the ceiling fixtures and outside and not enough concentration on full views of the actual rooms makes it kind of hard to get the feel of the house.

@@user-pm4ef8yu7w In Colorado, a builder called Horizon view, view homes is notorious for building homes fast and cheap and not to quality people expect. They built them fine back in 2011 but now they are dogshit quality.

.Unfortunate to be the "model" house has many hairs. The Builder must take care of all the details, including landscaping, in this case the patio with those figures looks like an abandoned cemetery.

Windows in the shower are stupid. Cover them with what? Everything on those windows gets wet. Maybe sandblasted windows with some pattern or different types of no see-through glass. I think it's a big mistake to have mistakes in the workmanship of a model home.

Pulte 👎🏻 They charged us big dollars for a landscaped backyard and get this.... We weren’t allowed to pick even one of the plants. To our dismay....they planted the cheapest shrubs they could scrounge up.
