One day back I spoke to Pulte homes sales person. Just the flooring costs 35K. She said frankly they profit on design options it seems.

Very difficult to say, every community is different. The sales agents are not there to do your best interest. Hire a Realtor that specializes in new homes

Woooo honey. I'm tired just watching. I would want this done b4 I move in, I'm not taking out furniture once it's in. Which is why this is not for me. This would give me so much anxiety trying to visualize one thing matching with another. And the pricing is ridiculous.

We just got a Pulte home. We went with the included flooring, and we’re scheduling flooring to be taken up and LVP put down before we move in completely. They quoted us $16k we found a flooring company for $8.5k

@formimib5776 WOW, half the price, that's crazy. As long as everything can get redone before move in. I've lived through renovations and it is a nightmare.
