Your goat, Jay Z really wanted to do a song with Eminem. And Em didn't have time and that's why Em asked Royce if he could give Jay, Renegade. Eminem had the same verse on Renegade that he did two years back before giving to Jay Z. And that's why it is shameful, that Jay Z, who you think is the greatest rapper couldn't match despite having everything laid out. By the way, Eminem also produced the beat for Renegade and it was the same on original version.

You definitely need to react to the Bad Meets Evil version of Renegade. I think Royce wanted to have that song on Rock City, but Intercope was only gonna allow one Em feature(that's why he did the Rock City hook, and nothing else on that album). I always get a kick out of hearing Royce boast about being "The original Renegade, before Hova"

I wholeheartedly disagree with this statement. He’s gotten better with each album he’s created. The book of Ryan and the allegory are especially very good albums from start to finish. Some even argue that his albums are more consistent than Eminem’s.
