Carbs and sugars are the worst things for people to eat. If you're ever interested check out the carnivore diet. Steaks... cheeseburgers...bacon... chicken... fish...its all good you just dont eat carbs and sugars 👍

It's not that carbs aren't good for you (carbs are sugars that are converted), it's just that you don't want to much. There is a reason why highly athletic people can consume a ton of carbs and it benefits them but if you're sedentary then no obviously it's too much. Creates insulin resistance over time. Same with a carnivore diet. You need your body to require it otherwise it's not healthy.
