flour tortillas are made with fat. lard is a common one used, but you can use butter or shortening or even oil. You can find flour tortillas not made with fat, but they usually are.

Flour tortillas are traditionally made with lard. Modern tortillas are most commonly made with hydrogenated vegetable oil. You can find flour tortillas made without fat, but they're the exception not the rule. In any selection of 6 different flour tortillas, only one will be made without a significant amount of hydrogenated fat, maybe none.
