It really looks smart and well designed.But they could have done more with the soft landscape,The houses interior looks expensive and classy but the environment doesn't.They could have reduced the units to accommodate more vegetation.I mean paying a million dollar for a house in Nigeria should give you more scenery,not the face me I face you kind of layout.Just my opinion though,you know we architects look at buildings more critically lol.But overall the building is well designed,most especially the interior decor.Great job man,I'm a new subscriber for your content.

Great video Mr Gab. Always looking forward to your videos. This house is really fully automated and smart. This house is so good... But I want to ask why the visitor's room is always so close to the kitchen? Saw that in bilaad too. She said that Cosgrove will not do the finishing, do they recommend companies that can do that to clients? The frosted glass in the master's bedroom should have its control inside the bathroom... my thoughts.

My only disappointment in this house is the kitchen. The Island seems to block flow in the kitchen. There should be a triangular line of access between the sink, cooktop and the refrigerator. Other than that... just brilliant!!!
