I lived at Royse city. While there is a lot of new home construction. There is 0.0001% you will find a six figure job with in 20 miles radius. The nearest place to work is dallas downtown and it takes 1.5 hrs to go to downtown during work hours. The issue is traffic is throttled at the I-30 bridge. I was tried of wasting 3 hrs of driving to work everyday so moved out of Royse city.

I've lived in Royse city for 12 years, gone to school at Fort elementary, Ouida Baley middle school, and I am now a sophmore in highshool. I love it here!! It's nice to see this once little town get more noticed.

the only issue with this area is the traffic on I30. its horrible and would never find myself on that highway. a total nightmare. and getting to the shops on I30 is just as much a nightmare as well

We live in Fate and we love it. People are nice, government is solid, and everything is brand new. New Taco Bell to for us Indians lmao The traffic to Dallas sucks.

Royse City is no longer the country in it's way too crowded and too MANY HOUSES BEING BUILT AND NO GROCERY STORE CHOICES, AND NO GOOD EATING PLACES TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROWTH.. I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE ROYSE CITY
