Did you play the piano by ear or did you have the chords from somewhere? Would love to play this myself!

Played it by ear to be honest 😅 from memory it’s just C /Cmaj7 in the right hand (1st inversion) and left hand bass notes are C, E(m), F .. and then the bridge is Am, G, F. Hope this helps! 😊😊
