Skyloft - Ballads of Hyrule II (from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword)

Now that Ballads of Hyrule II has been announced, I want to share the single with you, which you get when you preorder on Bandcamp: lnk.to/boh2
This is the first track I worked on and it helped set the tone for the album. I was playing Skyward Sword HD at the time, and I found myself constantly humming Skyloft all day. I made an energized version to cheer me up - hope it does the same for you.

I remember playing that game back in 2012, it was my first Zelda and i litteraly never felt again what I felt playing thus game. The hours i spent on it, the memories... god it makes me want to cry from nostalgia Thanks for that amazing track, you're a legend of Zelda :)

That's amazing it was your first zelda game! There's something magical about the zelda game that releases when you're like 17-19 too. That was SS for me. I was 17, same age as Zelda and Link and it was the game that got me really into the series. I hope it keeps evolving, much past BOTW and we can see what else the series could be!

This song cheered me up very much too. The very first time I listened to it, I was driving in the car, and I felt a rush of euphoria and nostalgia upon listening. This is a wonderful version of the song, definitely my favorite from this album. I love it!

Such a beautiful rendition that brings a new hue to an already brilliant palette without diminishing it's original sound. As a young musician, this inspires me and as a long-time fan of the LoZ series, showers me with fresh nostalgia.
