Utica ate her first lipsync up but like Bob and Monet said (Sibling Watchery S13 E11), they were trying to get rid of Tina Burner cause Tina was honestly doing way better in that lipsync. Bob even said in later episodes that they were getting racial slurs in their DMs for saying that which always happens when they say a skinny white girl didn't do as good.
