I think it’s awesome you went with the sport, almost everyone goes with the extreme (with good reason). Provides a different sound and inside to the underdog system! Also, Justin from AM has the sport catback on his S197 with long tubes, and it sounds fuckin incredible. I’d probably grab long tubes with the sports before grabbing the extremes, IMO. Anyway, good video as always!

Hey Riley, I got a corsa sport catback with long tube headers on my ‘15 GT and it’s by far the best set up imo. Sounds better than xtremes with stock headers but not as dumb obnoxious as extremes with headers. I’m sure you know this with your purchase ;)

The exhaust mod is excellent bro. But.... Again my 16 2SS wins IMO. it's about as loud and aggressive as the extreme in track mode yet I still have 0 drone during interstate commutes. This GT is Sick, no doubt. But I believe you chose poorly over time. Tne SS 1LE is by far the Greatest car to grave this Channel.

Your best bet is to go for either: Electric exhaust cutouts, or Exhaust diverters. Quiet when you want it, Loud when you want it, all at the press of a button.

Sport? Extreme all the way, with black diamond finish on the tips. Last one I had put on (Denali 6.2), the guy charged me $35. I bought him some pizza and gave him $50. I had extremes on my 300 392 and that was such a quiet cruise, obnoxious when you hammer it. Enjoy.

@@TheVon93 and u must own a mustang. Bro listen to them side by side. It's very easy to tell. Throw some super 44s cat back exhaust on a challenger and it sounds just like. Fox body 5.0. That classic sound that mustang's lost. Ask Kinneys muffler shop. They do thousands of exhaust and they have said the same. Stang sounds good but not on Challnegers level. No biggie

Sport sounds better than the Extreme to me. Good pick! Still not a fan of the sound the 4v 5.0L in the higher RPM (prefer the 3v 4.6L, especially cammed), but at least it's not a ricer with a fart can on it.

What made you decide Not to go with the Extreme's ? The sport sounds great ! Did it smell at all the first 100 miles ? They used a sealing Gel at the seems on mine ! 3.73 gears and you’ll be moving out. My 11 GT is just headers and a tune with 3.73s and I hang with 18s even the 10 speeds.

Depends what the ratio change is. Riley has 3.55’s in his ‘18 manual...had he got the performance pack it would have come standard with the 3.73’s. Personally, if I change from 3.55’s it would have to be a bigger jump than 3.73’s but then you lose the daily drivability. All depends on what you want your car to be! Cheers

Saleen Mustang really depends on the car. You do spend more time at peak power, but for any reasonable roll the 3.73s don’t really hurt you like you think they would. I pulled on a 10 speed 18 all the way to 140 before he started inching on me. 5th gear goes all the way to roughly 135-140. I’ve also beaten a couple of full bolt on S550s on e85 with ratios like 3.31 and 3.55

Fat Boy I couldn’t tell you as far as coming from a lower ratio because I’ve never driven a mustang that didn’t have 3.73s. However they are very responsive and banging through gears faster is 100% more fun to me. Only issue is wheel spin at low rolls or launches if you don’t have really good compound on the back.
