Bishop just needed more time... it takes time to build anything long-standing and worthwhile. In his words, enacting a constitution and only then holding democratic elections makes complete sense. It’s a shame he was killed in his prime before his true vision had come to fruition.

I agree! Bishop did more for in 4.5 years than any other Government in Grenada!While the revolution were far from perfect,social programs were greatly improved under him.
