Hello Foodies, today me and my brother have covered this amazing Rs 10 chowmein street food . This chowmein is full of soya chunks and gives high protein to a person as well.
I called it Gym Wali Chowmein as you are getting carbs and protein from it.
Chowmein was spicy and costed only Rs 10 only.

RO is reverse osmosis, ye paani me se wo ions bhi hataa deta hai jiski wajah se paani ko actual me piya jata hai. Fruits, vegetables, cereals, grams are genetically modified, fertilizer and pesticides ke naam pe jo jahar dalta hai wo alag. Milk bhi contaminated aata hai, cow and Buffalo are given injection for higher milk yield. Eggs we eat are infertile, coz they are results of excessive estrogen. Chickens are literally designed in lab to give more meat. Baat sirf refined oil ki nai hai dost, refined oil is just a tip of the iceberg. Behind the scenes kya chal raha hai ye to aapko pata hi nai. Ya fir shayad pataa hai, par aap conveniently ignore karna chahte ho basss...

Yes i was also going to say the same and yes its consumption is bad for health.... Even its low consumption is not good for the digestive system and its consumption can even cause fatigue so for sure it must not be recommended for gym diet... Even those noodles tasted good because of that ajinomoto... Ajinomoto makes mutations in the taste buds and after that we start disliking the food which donot contain that....

Yaha railway ka trainig centre (ZRTI) h just station k bagal me.. M railway me hu aur har 3 saal me training k liye jata hu. Yaha 10 rs me 8 golgappe milte h hing k pani wale aur 10 rs me chowmin, 10 rs me mango shake milta h.. Ghar se door inhi chijo k sahare waha time pass ho pata h.. Bhut achi aur bhut sasti jagah h..

vegetables-he'll not buy from "thelas" and get it from "mandi" that would save him lot of money, noodles- IF you happen to be from India, or even Pakistan, rice in India comes from 15 per kg to like 1500 per kg (no joke) and most people prefer 40 rs per kg NOT because it costs low but because the 1500 rs kg HAS nothing extra in terms of purity and hygiene , oil - will a street vendor who sells noodles for 10 rs be able to use dalda or sundrop ? does it mean that the oil he uses is bad just because the company/brand never came on "TV" ad's ? In my Fucking beautiful country, one can have samosa poha idli jalebi khaman momos puri kachori vadapav dabeli bhelpuri rice panipuri everything at just 10rs, if you are Indian and you haven't had any of those ever at cost of 10 rs I'll slap on your face, where did your "imagination" went when you had those?

I do gym and I know how much soya is healthy for our body, the cheapest source of protein...in 40gm of soya chunk u r getting 20gm carb+ 20gm Protein, bioavailability is 50%, I personally love soya chunks a lot, amazing content...🥰💜

I lives only at 10 min distance from fountain chowk and i have eaten a lot of chowmein from here, I saw some comments about telling that it contains MSG, maida noodles and oil haan it's totally true but his elder brother never preferred to include MSG but you know when it's about competition then you have to make it like to calm senses, but you can tell him not to include MSG in that batch still it will be equally delicious and also I want to tell theese guys this is best one which they will have in 20 or 30 Rs and it also contains soya Badi which can balance theese elements for a while which makes it less unhealthy and more delicious..😉
