Very honest review. I bought one yesterday and had to do the plumbing and electrical work. The cost of the machine is ₹ 22500/-(incl GST) local dealer. The cost of providing electrical Power Point including wires, materials & labour was ₹ 1200/-. The cost of modifying the water tap as shown in your video was ₹ 2600/-. A packet of Vim box containing 30 tablets was provided free by the installation service provider.

Yes it remembers after power failure and continues from where it was, similar to washing machine. Sometimes it adds extra 15-20 mins (maybe due to re-heating of water, if it requires). Also it has delay option.

Hi, they give 2 year warranty. We had some problem of water not going in and error beeps few months back. This was under warranty (approx 3 months remaining). We called the customer service and next day engineer came over (Jaipur). There was no issue with the machine, only there was some blockage inside it. He said this machine has simple construction very less parts and rarely it gives problems. So as per our experience it has been good now for over 24 months. Atleast now we have very less dependence on maid.

The hot water is about 60-70 Deg (equivalent to cup of tea while drinking). It is safe for any type of sink and plastics. Nothing to worry.

@@ng2120 You could also extend it by adding more equivalent pipe (source locally) and directly sending the pipe to the drain hole. We have a steel sink and a plastic pipe for its drain and have faced no problem since six months. The water doesn't get that hot that it will damage anything. But still if you wish you could consult a plumber which will be good.

You will have to go for larger dishwasher for 10L cooker. Please keep in mind only steel utensils work in dishwasher, No Aluminum. Please also consult the company for proper placement.

Hi, Thanks for watching. Power consumption average is 1 unit to 1.2 unit per hour or per wash. Approx Rs.10/- Our electric bill is approx 300 rupees up than before. If we use the longest cleaning mode then it is approx 2 units max per wash. But we don't use that because the cleaning is almost same as normal mode.

8 liters is too big for this. Also aluminium cooker cannot be washed in any dishwasher because of its different strong detergent.

@@3annika The upper rack has the blades bulit in, so removing it will only give you good spray from the bottom. I am frankly unsure if 8 liters cooker can fit. I think you should consult the company before buying.

@@HarithaSarat Cleaning process internally is same. There is no change in how it cleans. Water Rinse - Detergent Wash - Shiner Rinse - Heat - Over. Time varies with program mode. We use glass care as it works best, fast and economical for us.

As of now for one year didn't face any problem. One or twice we had white spots on utensils but then we increased the rinse liquid a little bit and it was solved. It was due to some temporary water quality issue. Frankly speaking we are now using the machine and maid both. For few utensils like cooker and khadai the maid washes them once in a day. The utensils from the machine come super clean and sterilised so cannot go back to maid fully. Oveall its a good buy but will take a few weeks to get used to it. Maid becomes optional.

It has 2 racks which you can pull out. On top it also has spoon rack which can be taken out to put the spoons much easily. Noise level is almost zero, just some low level water noises and once in a while light motor noise. We are using "Finish" detergent + rinse + salt. Once I also got some white stains on utensils etc. but it was due to low level of "rinse" liquid. You can adjust the level of rinse liquid to adapt to the water hardness and other things. That way you will never get any stains. In about 1 week of hit and trial I understood how best to make it work for myself.

Hi, You can read all the comment answers that I have given, it basically covers everything that is in the video. Mainly you cannot put aluminum and copper utensils and cost per wash is approx 25/-. One wash is enough for 2-3 people per day. Dishwasher detergent is the best. My mother is using it of almost 2 years and faced no issues. It also has a warranty for 2 years. We had a small problem 2 months back of machine not working and the response from customer care was good and engineer came next day. It was clogged water pipe.

1. No need to add so much detergent. 4 gm. in the pre wash section + 20 gm. in the main section is enough. 2. No need to add salt if you have soft water. 3. Always use ECO mode - this is the standard, default mode. This consumes less water and power. Other modes are needed only for specific purposes.

I tried a 12" plate and was just able to squeeze 3 of them on the left side. You can though remove the upper tray and use as big plates as you want. But overall with upper tray it takes upto 11" easily. Any thalis with borders of half or one inch borders are difficult to adjust with other utensils due to the tray design.

@Truth n Logic Rinse is very important else you will have white layer on your utensils. All three ingredients are must for the machine to work properly. You can though use dishwasher tablet (3 in one) which is very convenient and becoming cheaper everyday. Have seen on amazon for just Rs.14 per piece. (Rs.440 for box of 30 tabs)

@@prernakapoor892 As per the manual it says you should connect its pipe to "a threaded 3/4(inch) connector". So depending upon your tap size you should install a pipe converter that outputs "threaded 3/4(inch)" . You could purchase the converter locally and connect the pipe.

Hi, unfortunately you cannot use cast iron utensils, it will spoil itself and others. Its all because of the dishwasher detergent which is quite different than our regular one. I checked that my mom is washing one futura hard Anodised pot once a week without any noticeable problems (Though it is not recommended by company). For hardwater the dishwasher Salt takes care of it, you have to fill it approx once a month. You may also have to tweak the rinse liquid up/down to get the perfect wash. We have not yet used their after sales service so cant comment on that. But it may vary from city to city like in all other appliances.

Yes sort-of. But if you have a family of 2-4 (Two adults 2 children) then only 1 wash daily is sufficient if correctly used. This may seem expensive in tier 2 / 3 cities where maids are still affordable. It really depends on working style of each family and availability of maids.

If you are already using correct amount of dishwashing powder and riseaid then this is majorly due water hardness which has high calcium and other chemicals. Test by increasing detergent. 1.30 hours is the best time. Also take some professional advice by company.

We are now using it one time for most small utensils and also maid for larger utensils. The cleaning in dishwasher is many times better. Also in rainy season the utensils come out dry which is very good. Even when the maid doesn't come we have no issues.

Not exactly. Less than 1 bucket water. 8-10 liters only. Just 1hr 30 mins per wash and you can schedule it to run automatically anytime. All utensils come out dry and sterilized which is very good in humidity (No need to dry). Less than 1 unit electricity daily. No maid tension. No covid tension. Total hygiene. Working exactly the same process of Washing Machine.
