I have same machine,some tips for you... I use stainless steel pen stand in down rack to put my cutlery so I don't use that upper two cutlery rack instead those area can be used to put more vessels.Thalies or plate shouldn't be inside out, place their face inside towards fan so it can hit enough water and it will be sparkling clean. If you are putting aluminium vessels then use glass care so it will not get black due to low temperature. We r family of 5 and this machine is enough for us, many vessels fit in one go , after practicing u will become expert to adjust many vessels. Nice video 👍🏻

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I love experimenting and i have tried various ways to improve the cleaning. Yes, the pen stand is a very good idea and i have been using it for long. I always soak the dishes in water and while putting in the dishwasher, scrape any dried on food. My dishes used to invariably come out with white spots in the beginning. Then i realised as i have very soft treated water in the taps, i dont need to use salt or rinse aid and voila!, i don't have any more trouble with that. Secondly, i do use some normal dishwashing soap in the prewash. That helps immensely. You have made a very neat and clear video for new users. God bless!

@@arunshankars8398 I don't use salt or rinse aid for quite a few months now as I get soft water in my tap and there's no problem. Don't worry if the red light is on to indicate that salt and rinse aid is low. Ignore it. I use the clean and shine mode these days and it does a wonderful job. It runs for 90 minutes, but I sometimes stop it when 30 minutes are left. To stop the dishwasher completely before the time is up, just press the pause button and then press the power button for a few seconds.

It has been working very well for us. Just make sure you keep salt and rinse aid setting according to your water hardness. Don't put plastic, wood, iron, copper or aluminium in the dishwasher.

Service is really bad. My machine is down for last 6 months (within warranty period) and their service engineers are unable to fix it. Area Service Managers never respond to calls or messages. Looks like their default callertune is ‘the number you are calling is currently busy’. Escalation on website just results in an automated mail of assurance, nothing else. I have lost hopes for Beko getting my machine fixed. I am looking for a tabletop model from IFB or any other reliable brand.

Yes they can be. Be careful when putting the trays back when full, they might be heavy. Also don't forget rotate and check the fan blades before starting.

Salt shall be put before your first wash. It needs refilling only after the indicator suggests. Rinse aid also needs to be filled before first wash. No. Dishwasher does not move. It is not having a drum inside that rotates. Only the fans / water jet blades move. So the machine is stable.

When putting large vessels, try not to over crowd the space. The less crowded or overlap the better it cleans. Yes, being small in size, you might have to run two rounds if there is a lot of vessels

You can try Eco mode, it consumes 0.72 kWh vs 1.05 kWh in Normal mode per cycle. It uses less water and electricity and the cleaning is at par with Normal mode.

To start with you have to fill rinse aid and salt. Set it according to your water hardness. After that for my settings (lowest) i have to refill rinse aid in 15-20 days. Salt i have refilled only once or twice

Thanks for stopping by and for the lovely words. For my settings (set to the lowest) I need to put salt once in two - three months. Rinse aid needs to be refilled in every 15 days. The detergent will be required to be put for every wash. Hope this helps.

No. Only once. To make correct settings. Then you only have to refill salt when it indicates. No need to check water hardness always.

For ur information u cant put aluminum, iron & copper botttom vessels in machine, u get more white patches on other vessels. Technically its wrong.

Copper bottom vessels are okay. Other things should not get into the dishwasher because the detergent has corrosive action on these metals. The only resistant one is stainless steel...

There are no scratches at all after washing. As the machine doesn't scrub the vessels. Cleaning is done with hot water jet. For stains, you will have to set your rinse aid and salt settings as per the hardness of water in your area. I don't get hard water, so I have kept the setting to minimum. Burnt vessels need little scrub before putting into the dishwasher. Overloading or putting one vessel over each also results in not clean vessels. Try keeping less vessels (you can run two rounds / cycles of the machine). The modes that I prefer are ECO and CLEAN AND SHINE. Both give good results for me.

You will have to purchase salt, rinse aid and detergent separately. I suggest you order it along with the dishwasher as you will need these when the installation guy comes. I saw you're using aluminum kadai and tawa in your dishwasher. Are they not supposed to be avoided to wash in the dishwasher? I've seen quite a lot videos saying the aluminum gets reacted if washed in the dishwasher. Please clarify. Thanks!

Yes they should not be used. They get discoloration and all their enamel will also come off. I did a mistake by putting them, as that was my first time. I don't put them in the dishwasher anymore.

Try running on longer cycles - normal, intensive or eco. Set the salt and rinse aid as per the hardness of water in your place (you can check this by using a TDS meter) It might help.

There is no such specific option. There are smaller cycles like 'mini' they take 35 minutes and will not dry the vessels.

Hi Vibha, We too are a family of four. This dishwasher can take upto 6 dishes of 10 inch diameter ( without or max 1inch borders) and it can take one kadhai with 2 or 3 saucepans at one time. Along with spoons, cups, bowls and glasses. We often run it twice a day which is good enough for us. After almost a month of using, there have not been more than 3 or 4 vessels that I washed by hand. That too not everyday. As you said you are still not calling the maid, just like us. I suggest this is going to be very very useful. It has proved to be one of our best buys.
