Happy you like the video and good luck with your hunt! Asking prices for 404s are often extremely exaggerated. For some reason many sellers want 404€ 🤔

The service manual gives every information needed so that pretty much any semi skilled technician could fix it. Maybe just look for someone doing service for musical instruments !?

I did a video on an UK 90s 303 clone called Deep Bass Nine and actually found one of the guys who designed and build it online. He used to have a synth repair shop in your area but now works at soundgas which is also not to far from you area. I think they are specialised in high end (high cost) vintage synth servicing, but maybe they can help you out too?
