RSL Heroes - Pennie Looker

RSL Art Union provides vital assistance to Australia’s veteran community. The contributions of those who support RSL Art Union, help change the lives of many heroes like Pennie Looker an ex-Psychological Examiner in the Australian Army who enlisted at 17 years old and served for 19 years. Sadly, Pennie was discharged and diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
