Árstiðir - Ró [from the Toppstöðin Sessions]

This early recording of Ró precedes the album version by a full year, and was a part of a 4 song series called The Toppstöðin Sessions that we made in 2014, in connection with a Kickstarter campaign to finance the making of our album Hvel.
The video and audio were captured on location at Toppstöðin, our beloved rehearsing space which is an abandoned power plant in Reykjavík, and is also where we wrote and worked on Hvel and Nivalis.

Interestingly, Ró is used in today's episode of the Dutch tv program "Methusalem", on the NPO2 channel. The host went to Iceland during this episode. I immediately recognized the song.
