I have the spal (brushed) fans...and man..them things work badass...only one of the fans are ever needed...in around 75-85 degree weather...haven't driven er yet in the HOT HOT ...as she's undergoing surgery rt now...but them fans definitely do the job..had them ran independently...off their own thermo relay...now they're going to my infinity ecu...to let that control them..And tru Ryan...no need to have them on wile driving 30+ mph...I think my spals are off a 98 TT supra..or an is300...gotm from Accelerated Performance in toledo...best investment for cooling other then my koyo Rad...love the vids man...keep m coming..been here since day 2-3...lol hope everything is good with the kiddos n such..tale care buddy

Ryan, Just wanted to let you know I'm grateful for the tech info and passion you share on your platforms. Because of you and Kalvin (Malli), I decided to swap a 2JZ into my 06 G35 chassis. I've been trying to figure out a quality cooling setup for my build. I ended up going with the CSF radiator since it was slightly larger than the KOYORAD (so i was told). The fan issue is were I'm stuck. Kalvin had suggested a V mount setup but I'd rather try to keep everything in their standard locations if possible. According to Collins, the factory fans and shroud bolt up. What would be your suggestion?

Is the can on the table at the beginning of the video a piss warm Coor’s instead of an ice cold Key Stone? Have you ever thought of a Key Stone catch can? 😂😂😂

Would this work with the factory intake mani? Or do you have to run aftermarket manifold so the intercooler piping doesn’t hit?
@BjornFSE3 жыл бұрын
great question cz it does seem a big big hmm... curious to know too
@kennethvelazquez263 жыл бұрын
Just from the look of it you'll most likely need to run custom piping or a tighter degree bend downward
