Using these maps, do you have to stay in race mode or are you able to still keep you street, sport and user options available with the variable being in the AEM 1,2, & 3 in each mode (selected map in user)?

Great stuff. I like the videos. Are you still happy with the map, or would you apply for a race map? Keep up with the good work.
@ALFAVITAGA
@ALFAVITAGA 9 күн бұрын
@@arkadiuszkrupa3883 Thank you! I love the map and I’m keeping it. You have to understand that these maps are not meant to bring the engine to its absolute limit. If you do that, all you are going to gain is a couple more horsepower for a couple hundred miles and then your engine would need to be rebuilt. That would be ok for racing as every little power increase matters, but for street riding it’s not worth it. These maps will give you the maximum allowable power while keeping engine longevity to its maximum. ✌️

How do you like the Gabro over a dyno tune? I'm in SoCal too and considering which direction to go. Gabro or dyno tune.
@ALFAVITAGA
@ALFAVITAGA 17 күн бұрын
Gabro knows his stuff and thats why I go with his maps. If you are using the bike for street use, Gabros map is amazing. It’s perfectly set for AFR. Other bikes in my group have to refill gas and I don’t even get the gas light on. It’s because they increase the fuel ratio by a lot. Now if you are racing and you want to squeeze every ounce of power out, then a dyno tune will give you more performance.

Revisiting this vid, so you changed the sprockets etc. do you think the M-torque map would be more beneficial to the stock sprockets? Also did you notice anything different in the heat management?

how does the different sprocket setup affect the gearing and top speed?
@ALFAVITAGA

Higher number of teeth on the rear sprocket means lower top speed but higher acceleration. Lower number of teeth on the front sprocket means higher top speed but lower acceleration. I have a video going over the effects of gearing: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jKXUh4agrtCGpaMsi=VAmovH_S6qGXHDIM

@@ALFAVITAGA *** update*** I just flashed mine this morning and this bike is uncomfortably fast now! I love it. It’s mental, This is how Gabro should’ve released this flash in the 1st place. The front wheel does not like touching the road. You’re gonna love the forged wheels. They feel different transitioning from corner to corner. Yours probably feels more twitchy because I’m still on stock heating on my factory.

@@nikkotulloch9497 Yeah the gearing made mine mental before I even installed MTorque. Now with the MTorque it’s even more mental. So I will go from 16/43 to 16/42 with the forged wheels to try and keep that wheel down a bit lol. But I can see why someone would prefer the original Gabros map than the MTorque map. Some people just want a good race map to have the bike breathe and run better. I’m all for the MTorque. I’d like more power on 3rd and 4th gear 😛✌️
