Hello Shona.....maintenance husband ke status ke hisab se lagta hai....so even if you are working par agar husband ki income aapse bahut jayada hai to aapko maintenance milega....aap keh sakti hain ki jab complaint kari tab job nahi thi....baad main lagi...aur wo bhi contract par....good luck....

Income tax department return the RTI Envelope mentioning with "provide room number of department", I have already mentioned RTI and Public information officer, but they simply return the envelope, any ramedy

You can escalate this issue with senior officers that your application has been returned as they are asking room number.....this is silly in my opinion.... do check their site if they have mentioned room number ....

@@LegalGurukul just make a complaint to state commission regarding returning of application as per the section 6(3) of the RTI PIO is oblideged to forward it to the right department PIO will be penalised @250/ per day max Rs 25000/ penalty and you will get the information free of cost . keep the original envelop with you and send the photo copy of envelop and your application copy and a copy of letter received from Income Tax department . definately you will get information and PIO will be punished . In a similar type of case in MP state Rahul singh State information commissioner has imposed Rs 25000/ penalty on PIO and information was provided . you can search the decision .

आधार कार्ड पेन कार्ड से लिंक हो गए हैं अब कहोगे आधार कार्ड नहीं पता आधार कार्ड भी वोटर कार्ड से लिंक हो गए हैं कुछ तो ढुंढो उसके फोन नं से आधार कार्ड लिंक होगा, कहीं ना कहीं तो उसने आधार कार्ड यूज किया होगा
