Can we pls get some information on the Fiber Internet Availability there? Coverage, Cost, Speed, and Providers ? is it simliar to singapore or still under-developed?

At the lowest end for RM88 gets you 200mbps. Google there are lots of answers on this

Johor government should extend the RTS network to Larkin and the rest of the parts of Johor progressively~ else all cars will be cluster fug around bukit chagar station picking up & dropping off passengers~

RTS ticket prices of S$10 to JB and RM$30 to SG will mitigate the jam.

Its already a costly project in JB for the federal. Adding more regional line to other parts of city will finish the plate faster. Therefore, Jam will remains and it will deter many to abandon till all infastructure stabilise. Don't feel to buy just being FOMO. use logics, the land are aplenty and space to occupy will take another 200 years and beyond. Look at history and it will be clear.
