It's funny how DC hates Rukia so much and keep on underestimating her. It's already been stated that Rukia is strong enough to be a seated officer but Byakuya's been pulling some strings to prevent that from happening because he doesn't want to expose her to more danger. Besides, Rukia is one of Ichigo's main gang together with Renji, Chad, Orihime and Uryu. All other Characters aside from them are just side characters, even the Captains. Also, Rukia will eventually become a C just like his brother.

@@shoman03 In the fight between Ichigo and Grimmjow Ichigo was still learning to control his hollow powers. Ichigo was always afraid to use his hollow powers as he always feared that hichigo would take over him. But Ichigo knew that he would never win against Grimmjow if he was holding back. When Orihime cried Ichigo realised that he cannot be careless cause he has to save Orihime and Nel. So ichigo drew out all the powers of the mask that he could use that time. Since he was in hueco mundo he was able to use the mask for a longer period of time and use more power of it. But after the final attack Ichigo's mask completely broke off but Grimmjow was still in Pantera form. Grimmjow after getting out of the form still was standing and was getting ready to fight Ichigo but Noitora came in and attacked him and Grimmjow still survived that. We also have to keep in mind that he wasted some of his energy and Ceros while fighting Ulquiorra + he wasted 1 of his hoing missiles to demonstrate it's power. Ichigo just declared himself the winner there. And how Ichigo won against kenpachi is completely explained in the manga if you want I can explain it in a better way.

Omg this after show convo is epic. 1 of their best ever which is sayin a lot. The bullets were flying and bodied be everywhere.
