Early Nkoranza people spoke the Anyi language, similar to Sefwi, Baoule, and Nzema. "Nza" in Anyi or Aowin is 3(three)and we the Anyis first settled at Adansi, Nsuta before migrating to the Bono region, Western, Western-North(Sefwi) and Cote divoire. The Bono Twi spoken in the areas of Takyiman, Nkoranza, Wenchi, and their invirons is mixed with Anyi, Sefwi, Baoule, i can clearly hear the words.
