ako rin tsong, nalulungkot ako sa nangyari sa dating PM. if there is one ally that we can really fully rely on, it is Japan. Almost all of their projects from infrastructure (ex. SCTEX) to military hardware (ex.naval destroyer to weapons, almost brand new) are all GRANTS by the Japanese government, not debt that the government has an obligation to pay. May justice be granted to former prime minister Abe Shinzo. Rest in paradise sir.
