Current update as the final welding has been completed along with fresh coat if paint, the assemblies have all been gone through. Final assembly time, then engine and electrical, brake lines then alignments of all 4 corners. If all goes well, I’ll be posting initial fire up and first drive in the next few weeks. For everyone watching and building, please have pride in your self and your work. It’s very important to build quality products as that is the key to success. Remember, Good Things Aren’t Cheap, And Cheap Things, Aren’t Good.

This is looking GREAT!! I love the single seat design, but would *LOVE* to see a SxS design at some point also. I've got a Yamaha R1 engine looking for a new home after it was crashed. This frame looks like it would be a perfect place to put it!

How much travel and what shocks are you running if you dont mind me asking? I see fox piggybacks but part numbers front and rear for dimensions would be nice. Im building a crosskart and would appreciate some numbers to kind of go off of.

he built the frame buddy. Lots of things to take into consideration before a price is set, and lots of labor.

I have a crosskart buggie powered by a 2005 Suzuki gsxr 600. . I broke my live axle shaft in the middle. So tom pro design build me a new one . But I can’t find anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area that will install a weld it in . I’m stuck right now

Might want to learn how to weld, but youre better off having a bolt on mounting assembly fabbed up for it.

@@g00gleisgayerthanaids56 Actually I ended up welding it myself and I’m not the best welder I didn’t say I didn’t know how to weld. But I’m not the best but so far so good she’s holding up just good

Shit looks great extremely over priced seriously $1000 bucks for a Complete Aluminum Side 1 Knuckle Assembly with Brakes there are way more economical options out there I thought you said you were making this affordable looks like you wanna arm n a leg lol

Bummed to hear our components are priced out of your price range, Mcdonalds wants finger’s and toes, so aluminum components are really worth arms and legs in today’s times. But really, sorry I can’t compete with junk yard builds and if you think that price is high, then I recommend either you build the same and let me know how much time and money you have in one side and then value your time, or pull your credit card out. I bet it adds up to more than you think, not trying to slam, just being honest. My plan was and still is to keep the costs down as low as possible along with making a small profit to continue making parts for those who can’t.

@@risktakerproducts1529 why is it that no one seems to want to build the complete crosskart and sell them? I understand things are expensive and time consuming, but it seems there's a need for less expensive ready-to-run crosskarts on the market, which currently sell for a STEEP $50,000-70,000... Isn't it possible to start a small company and team to build these and sell them for half the price of the rest? Definitely a market for it... I'll help you!! I'd LOVE to build these for a living, but I haven't the skills, but I know I could learn the skills........ thanks for your time, now subscribed!

@@metalgt6828 Hi Brian, I will be selling rolling chassis with suspension and no engine. All you will need is the donor bike. The costs of really manufacturing is high. There’s a lot of expensive tooling and machine work. The frames are the easiest part of the vehicle. It’s easy to build one, but building multiple of high quality is a challenge. I have been building my company’s tooling, CNC equipment and CAD models for the last year and a half to get what is needed to build the first one. I could have easily purchased 2-3 sierra cars and a truck and trailer to haul for what I have in just machines and tooling to build the rollers that I will be producing. And that’s just for the chassis, the body is a entirely different subject and is a completely different type of work for the average fabricators along with a entire different costs and tooling associated with it. I am in the works for our bodies now. I will be showing some videos very soon.

@@metalgt6828 think about the liability insurance involved with selling a turn key high performance offroad machine... thats why sierra charges so much. Do you think joe blow is gonna drop 20 grand on one of these when they can finance a yxz for the same amount? (Sure they pay more in interest, but they also have 4wd and reverse) If you want one cheap, you can build one yourself for under 10 grand out of pocket, otherwise youre spending quite a lot. That being said, if the market gets bigger, prices drop, look at edgeaustralia buggys on facebook, plenty of used machines for around 7-10k aus. Maybe look there if you dont mind import and customs fees.
