I gamed on a 2060 from 2020 - 2022 and it treated me well at 1080p 60-144 fps! I ended up giving my 2060 to my cousin who plays esports titles at 1080p and its still chugging along nicely. Good to see that in 2023 its still giving a playable experience in new titles, but with tweaked settings of course

The GPU usage never went over 60% for me using a 3080ti and 5950x with pbo at 4.9 ghz, it stutters so bad as well as close to dropping to 32fps. can’t believe it got released in this state with a delay 🤦‍♂️

I have Ryzen 5600G and rtx2060,get a 60+fps in AAA titles medium to high settings. Some games i max out settings and run dlss on quality to keep the smooth experience. Definitely holding its own in 2023.

Well so far I've only been running around seeing how it performs, and I've only finished one mission. Honestly I'm not impressed with anything 😅 I don't think it's worth 70€ especially if reviewers say the story isn't anything special.

Hi! I think you might be CPU bound in some areas. I just finished making a 3060 12GB video and I saw it dropping into the 60s with 70% GPU usage, so the CPU was a bottleneck. Crazy that you actually need a top of the line CPU to run it at 60+...

I was playing on an rx 5500xt 8gb gddr6~to a gtx 1660 mostly high settings with high textures with fsr quality 1080p and getting 45-50 fps most of the time(though there were lots of dips outside to 35-40) on update 1.03 something last i remember but unfortunately my mobo died and im gonna buy after exams end I deleted tlou but I might give it another shot if this is true, overall experience was okayish

10:05 I wish low/medium settings in games were more reasonably tuned. You lose virtually no performance by turning on some mild anti-aliasing and 8x anisotropic texture filters and the image gains a lot of quality.

Nice tf2 graphics, it's the type of game that should run on max settings 1440p with a 1060.. 80~ fps isn't great at all with a 2060, afterall its barely slower than a 3060, it's just not justified by the graphics.. If it was released in 2008-9 i would say it looks decent, but in 2023? with a slight exaggeration some mobile games look almost the same, except the "fancy" light effects, that are just a preset in the engine, the devs probably didn't even bother to touch them..

It's a pretty awful game. It's more expensive than Red Dead Redemption 2 with 90% less to do, and worse in every way imaginable. Forget about RDR2, it's a gold standard... I just said because of the similar price category. Most free-to-play games give even more options and have better optimization than this new 2023 crap of a game.

Nowadays games are becoming more cpu intensive thats a stupid thing. I know next gen gaming need more cpu power but thats so much for a games like last of us etc. Because if the game is GPU intensive we have fsr,DLSS. But for CPU intensive case we now only have Frame generation. Which will fix it. Frame generation has its own disadvantages also works with only 40 series nvidia cards., And more input delay. developers should optimize cpu Also as the GPU nowadays.

It feels almost like any pc wouldn't be able to play a lot of games these days. VRAM requirement has gone trough the roof. 2060 user here. Came from a 2gb 1050 and thought that 6 gb would last a lot longer. All the more when 3070 and 3070 ti launched with 8 gigabytes of ram. And 3080 with 10gb. Crazy times.

CPU makes sense actually. I've seen it go down into the 60s with the 5800X3D and the 3060 12GB in an area of the map, while being CPU bound. So the Zen 2 CPU on the PS5 would probably struggle a lot there. Video coming later today 👍

It's because it's super CPU bound and the CPUs on the consoles can't handle steady 60. My 5800X3D was dropping to 60 FPS with the 3060, I'll upload the video soon
